Wideband piezotransducers for the monitoring of two - phase flows

Abstract

Main requirements for piezotransducers used during the control of two - phase flows are observed. Design of piezotransducers which may be used for the monitoring of gas - liquid bubbly flows and results of the experimental investigations are presented. Choice of cut - off frequencies for the transducers of proposed design is discussed. Range of potential application is determined.
