Acoustical studies of the high-frequency hopping conductivity in the quantum Hall regime
Abstract
In this article by means of acoustic methods it has been shown that in the Si d-doped GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures the 2D hopping conductivity takes place. Real and imaginary parts of this conductivity and their ratio as well as temperature and magnetic field dependencies have been obtained.Downloads
