Investigation of thickness and radial vibration modes interaction for disc type piezoelements
Abstract
Using input impedance simulation by finite element method interaction of radial vibration harmonics and thickness resonances was analyzed for disc piezotransducers. Impedance curves were fitted to experimental ones by emulation of losses in piezomaterial. Dependence of thickness and radial resonance frequencies and impedance peak shapes on disc geometry were presented and discussed.Published
