Modelling of spatial and frequency responses of the ultrasonic interferometrer used for displacement measurements
Abstract
There is presented the digital model of ultrasonic interferometric method for measurement very short distances and displacements. System of two coaxial ultrasonic transducer is investigated estimating transverse finite dimension. The method based on diffraction model of the radial transducer. There is offered attenuation using method for diffraction model. Here is presented selection method and substantiation of exact model parameters and comparison with known one-dimensional approaches. The amplitude and phase frequency responses are calculated using the offered model. The amplitude and phase of the transfer function versus distance between transducers is calculated too.Downloads
