Analysis of combined piezoelectric actuators
Abstract
Combined pjezoactuators made up of an axial packet of piezoceramic elements extending the bipolar force have been theoretically investigated. The methods and an original actuator for determining the optimal force of the initial stress of piezopackets have been developed. Dynamic characteristics of piezopackets have been determined. They have been established to work stable in a wide range of frequency. The designed structures are applied to optical devices under harsh exploitation conditions.Downloads
