Investigations of excitation of longitudinal surface acoustic waves by piezoelectric grating
Abstract
Experimental investigations of excitation of longitudinal surface acoustic waves by grating of piezoelectric elements are described in this article. The results showed, thal it is possible to excite longitudinal surface acoustic waves by piezoelectric grating in frequency band of several megahertz and efficiency of excitation of longitudinal surface acoustic waves by piezoelectric grating is better than using typical angular transducers.Downloads
